Good experience very professional staff, polite & Courteous!!
The check-in process was easy (as long as you are comfortable doing it on the kiosk). I did not have to wait long at all. My technician, Lynn, made me feel comfortable and was very nice. Everything went smoothly!
MY 13 YEAR OLD IS TRAUMATIZED. Do not let VINCE from this location draw your blood. We just sat in this location for 25 min because my daughter was crying hysterically. Not only was his attitude NASTY but he stuck my daughter with a straight needle when he SHOULD HAVE used a butterfly needle for my child. Any phlebotomist should understand this. When the blood wouldn’t fill the tube then proceeded to move the needle from left to further harming my child and making her cry! He left when the other woman took over hid in the ba... read more
Disgustingly rude front desk. I came in and say good morning. The entitled dude said first of all good morning bc I guess he didn’t hear me and then continued to give attitude to all the rest of the patients.
Some of the rudest and impersonal people I have ever dealt with. I will avoid this branch at all costs which is a shame since I live right there. Absolute disgusting display of service or lack there of.
