Tika was an amazing phlebotomist however the lady at the front desk was very dismissive and rude.
Edit: reducing 2 stars because I got a massive bruise and also learned I was supposed to be given some post-blood draw instructions that I was not given. ---- Felt like I went through a maze to find the place, but the receptionist/phlebotomist was good. She wasn't overly nice, just regular nice, and was patient with me too. She did a great job drawing my blood.

Very disorganized. Takes entirely too long to be seen even with an appointment and the only person in the waiting area. Go to Owings’s Mills location you are in and out a lot faster!
Just walked out of this place without getting my blood test done, this is the worst place to go and get your blood work done. They do not care about you or your time, I came early. I was the third person in line, the person upfront started to call out names but not mine, by 8.30 (already been there fasting for 30 minutes)was called the last 10th person, yet, nobody got their blood drawn yet!! When I asked how long that would take she kept saying there are people in front of .. yea, only 2 I walked out !! Wasted my morning ST... read more
