The woman there was screaming in my face! I tried talking to her in a normal voice and she continued screaming. She was a tall white woman who I guess was supposed to be at the desk! She was loud and rude! So I left and if she’s there the next time I go, I will leave again!
Service was fast.
Been to this location at least a 5 times in the last 2 years. Once out of these visits there was a 10 minute wait. Very quick and professional. No issues with the actual process. My 15 year old daughter was nervous when I took her and several of the ladies had her smiling in minutes. Everyone has bad days but so far all of my experiences have been 5☆. Hopefully tomorrow when I go it will be as expected from past experiences.
