I don't usually go to this location but I needed fasting bloodwork and this was the earliest appointment I could get. I asked if she needs the orders and she responds that she has them already and they're the only ones in there. She stuck both arms and hurt me so bad! Then says "don't tell them I'm the one who patched you up." Before I left I asked her about an urinalysis and she said it wasn't on there. So easy, and efficient when you have an appointment- 9:15 apt, arrive at 9:17, back in car at 9:25 - routine blood draw. Access - easy, just up the stairs to the left (or elevator right at the base of the stairs) have your QR code from your text you receive and scan at kiosk. 3rd time using this site for Labcorp
Always have a good experience at this location. A male drew me today and they were awesome. I'm sorry I didn't ask his name. He came right out (no one was there though) and was efficient with no pain. First time stick where sometimes they have problems drawing me. Thank you so much to him!
I had a great experience. Sion (Seeon) was so gentle. After I finished using the check-in machine, he came out to get me within 4 minutes. I was in and out within 5 minutes, and nothing hurt! It's true that it's a bit hard to find. If you use GPS, go to where it tells you to get to 721 Arbor Way and then drive all the way around to the back corner entrance instead (it's caty-corner from the front entrance) where you will see "Jefferson Health" on the glass doors.
