Overall very poor customer service and professionalism. I checked in …. And due to my concern, we went to another site and completed the test and had my child at school before I got the notification that we could be seen at labcorp Positives: Located conveniently within Walgreen Negative: unprepared staff, messy and uninviting checkin area Unfortunately this type of labcorp setup in Albany will not make it. Good experience, blood draw didn't hurt at all. There needs to be a way to tell your spot in line, bc you're just waiting there with zero time estimate.
