everything they say about ava is TRUE!! i have never had someone get my vein first try until today
Ava was amazing! I had a bad expierence at another place and Ava got me on the first try and had me in and out within 10 minutes.
I live 1.2 miles from the LabCorp in Latham. I went in last Friday. Room was over capacity, people were arguing with the attendant at the window. There was a kinda of port-a-potty smell to the place. Windows were filthy. My son and I walked out. So I looked up the reviews and sure enough the Labcorp in Latham is to be avoided if you can help it. Quick, easy, convenient. Ava is THAT girl! She is so sweet and helpful. She walks you through every step, from check-in to your draw. Very glad to have found this location and if Ava isn’t there, I’ll have to reschedule 😅 Give her a raise ASAP
Ava is beyond amazing, especially with pediatrics. My two year old was in the best hands and talks about how great “Dr Ava” was. She is worth driving out of the way from your most convenient Labcorp if you are having a little one go through the blood drawing process. 5/5
