Very disappointed with my experience at this blood lab. From the moment I walked in, there was no one at the front. I checked in and was told I would receive a text message when they were ready for me, so I sat and waited. After waiting, a staff member came out from the back door where she was chatting with the other staff and yelled at me saying she had been calling my name, but she had not. Claudine at LabCorp (Bayshore / Brentwood Road location) was outstanding. She quickly resolved an issue that three other locations couldn’t figure out, and did so with real attention to detail and care. Efficient, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. After this experience, I’ll be returning to this location for all future collections. Best of the best.

Fui por un examen a mi hijo de 10 años un día sábado la enfermera fue brusca y enojada al hacerle el examen a mi hijo quien siempre estuvo tranquilo pero al ver la actitud de ella se puso muy nervioso para atender a un niño pienso q fue brusca y enojada la cosa q sin ningún motivo pienso que si no le gusta su trabajo q renuncien !
