If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst experience ever. The first lady who attempted to draw my blood missed 3 times and all 3 times she continued to dig around to find a vein with zero success. Even after I said "stop, your making me nauseous". The second poke was in an area I told her not to go. There was no vein there. It was in a weird side part of my arm. She slapped my hand away and went for it. Had an appointment at the Labcorp in Denham Springs today that I scheduled online. I arrived on time, but the doors were locked. I saw a customer exiting and asked what was going on. She said there was only one patient inside and that I should knock. I knocked and called multiple times with no response. Not sure why appointments are being accepted if the location is closed and inaccessible. Very frustrating and a waste of time.
Would not recommend. After a minute of her digging around I told her I was done, they held me down. A grown adult, I was held down. The only nice thing was the secondary lady. The main phlebotomist, had a attitude and digged into my arm after asking to stop. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! My arm still hurts. I honestly think she saw my tracks marks (years clean) and decided to treat me poorly on preconceived notions.
