Understaffed. Poorly managed
Met a wonderful woman Kateema who was very kind even though I visited very close to closing time. She was very professional and knew how to draw blood without hurting me.

Small place dirty and unprofessional. Front desk lady who is also a phlebotomists very rude. She needs customer service skills. Shouldn’t be working with people, she is ready to snap at anyone. Lab corp do better.
Please clean the bathroom- it’s so nasty and dirty
