Arnell, Arnell, Arnell! If you consider yourself a hard stick go see Ms. Arnell ( I hope I spelled your name correctly). She was patient and precise with her needle sticking into my small veins. Her confidence encouraged me to relax and have faith that she was good at her skill. She is VERY GOOD at her skill. Everyone else was nice as well. Receptionist was very professional and considerate. I need to call ahead to make sure Arnell is there if I need another lab. Blessings!
I must be on a roll this week! I went to LabCorp on Pine St. I use the app which prechecked me In. From the first person at the window entering in my lab slip to the lovely Kim who drew my labs. I left work, checked in and returned to work within 30 minutes. This is on the sixth floor of the Jackson Medical Center! That is with filling four vials of blood. Lord willing my insurance covers well and I will ONLY go to LabCorp every time.
Good customer service, time management and warm environment!
Absolute trash company. 1 star rating is a lie.
