Disaster management of checking in. Waiting there for 1hr to get basic lab work done. They let the one with appointment in afternoon do first even though it’s morning and I’m checked in way early ahead of her!
Wayyy under-staffed. I was absolutely BLESSED to be waited on and my blood drawn by the most delightful, wonderful young lady whom was not only checking everyone in, explaining all of the rules, as well as sharing the drawing duties (named Aaron or Aryn I think). The only bright spot of this appointment.
I made an appointment and arrived 45 minutes before my appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes the staff announces they are closing the lab. I ask about my appointment, and because I am doing a breath test they won’t honor my appointment because it will cause them to be there 15 minutes after their pretend close time. This lab and its staff do not put patients first and like to waste people’s time.
