Very frustrating experience with this location. If you have a phone number listed, someone should actually be answering calls. I’ve tried calling multiple times over several days and no one ever picks up. I also went in person on Tuesday just before 4:30 PM to check if they had received my doctor’s order. The receptionist barely engaged, stayed focused on his computer, and simply said the system shuts down at 4:30, so he couldn’t check. No effort to help or offer an alternative. Very rude, and nasty. I do not recommend coming there.
Tech poke my son twice. There was a feeling of insecurity coming from her, like she wasn’t sure how to do it, maybe she was new which is ok for an adult to go through it but NOT for a kid. She wanted to pinch him and try a third time but I didn’t allow it!! She clearly didn’t know what she was doing at that point. Then, she told me that someone else with a lot of experience can do it, she will call her. I said nope! And I left with my kids. Not a great place
