Clearly the gentleman with the long long hair at the front desk has no communication skills. When called up he asked for doctors orders. I responded that I was not sure what he meant. I checked in at the kiosk and was returning samples after having been there the day before. He just kept saying doctors orders and I finally realize he wanted me to get the paperwork from inside the sample bags I was returning. Will go to another Lab in the future.
Dont go here you'll regret it we waiting for 1 month just to come here and them telling us that it was an appointment only which definitely will make their reviews way lower than they already are. By the way instead of going here go to the laboratory of Sunrise going to the far down street from lab Corp trust me it'll save you more time than labcorp.
They do not allow walk-ins. And while this is posted on their website I did not check before hand. And why would any reasonable person? All of the other, and I mean all of the other Labcorp’s in the area allow walk-ins. When I got there there was also only one person in the waiting room and they had just completed their bloodwork. Do better
Service was great HOWEVER .. it’s been over a week and my labs have not been completed. Are not showing in my portal and have not been sent to my provider. Attempt to call the facility and nobody EVER answers the phone, no voicemail option either. Labcorp 800# don’t show record of my labs ever being done. Just vanished.
Don’t even bother calling, they never answer the phone, which is extremely frustrating.
