Service was great HOWEVER .. it’s been over a week and my labs have not been completed. Are not showing in my portal and have not been sent to my provider. Attempt to call the facility and nobody EVER answers the phone, no voicemail option either. Labcorp 800# don’t show record of my labs ever being done. Just vanished.
Don’t even bother calling, they never answer the phone, which is extremely frustrating.
This place is practically empty and only operates by appointment early. I have a drug screen I need to do for a job within 48 hours of receiving the job offer and they can’t accommodate this. It’s inconvenient because I live like 5 minutes away but now have to drive to either Woodbridge or Fredericksburg for something that should take no longer than 10 minutes. Disappointing.
