The stuff is unwelcoming and rude. People are waiting in the waiting room and the receptionist is laughing and jocking with her friends.
They treat you like you’re lining up for jail entry. This is by far the worst customer service at this location. Their excuse? They are understaffed and their system crashes constantly. The staff are fighting over who calls patients to the front desk or who does checking because they have no actual process. I had an appointment at 11:15. I had a great experience at this location. I needed specific bloodwork requiring a variety of blood draws over a period of 2 hours, and I was nervous that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me; however, the front desk staff were very knowledgeable and kind about my requirements. They informed the nurse performing the blood draw about the requirements and worked together to make sure everything went smoothly. Great people. Poor organization and system. Long waits even for dropping off specimens.
Extremely long wait. One receptionist who takes so much longer to do her job and has an attitude even with a full room. Registered and waited over 45 minutes and I was seeing people who came in after me go ahead of me. Go to a different labcorp, I've never been to one this bad.
