Had an appointment at 8:30 am, I arrived at 8:25am to find "standing room only" ! I waited approximately 10 minutes, but after standing room only turned into "barely anywhere to stand " I decided yo leave.
The receptionist was probably the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered in the medical field. There were issues with my paperwork and I was trying to resolve them; first she told me I was mumbling so I tried to speak more clearly and then she told me I was yelling at her and have a nasty attitude. The Foundry Row is the only Labcorp site that I continue use because of the exceptional, professional and friendly service that I always receive from the pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Even as a walk-in patient, I tend to be seen within a reasonable length of time. Often within an hour of my arrival, I am leaving the facility.
Worst service.
If I could give zero stars I would the lady at the desk was eating beef jerky and cheese so rude and unprofessional lazy she barley wanted to check me in her attitude was horrible please hire better people who has better customer service
