My visit to Labcorp today was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive not only with me, but with anyone who came in. I was helped quickly. The technician that completed my labs was Mrs. May, she is super nice and sweet.
I had an excellent experience at Labcorp. Brianna at the front desk was incredibly organized, attentive, and made a point to acknowledge everyone as they walked in—a level of customer service that's becoming all too rare these days. She kept everything running smoothly and made the check-in process easy. Kim, the phlebotomist, was equally outstanding. With over a decade of experience, it definitely shows. Horrible came at 8 am still here at 11:15 can’t get an appointment and if you walk in p prepare to wait at least four hours and if you come after about 10, they can’t take any more walk-ins so that was a waste
Worst place ever. If you want to make an appt and sit in a room for hours, then this is your place. 2 hour with an appt
