I was impressed with the Durango Labcorp. It is in the Axis building and clearly marked. My labs were ordered online. I checked in at the kiosk when I got there. The phlebotomist was super fast and good at her job. I was in and out in under 20 minutes from the time I checked in. My lab results were available in my online portal by the end of the week.
Update, new location and staff are amazing!
I've used this LabCorp twice in the last month (not usual for me) and had vastly different expereiences each time. With a 3 PM appointment, staff was friendly and I was seen right on time. With the 9 AM appointment yesterday, I waiting for 50 minutes and the staff seemed very stressed. There were about 20 people there when I arrived and two ladies next to me had an 8 AM and 8:15 AM appointment - both still waiting at 9 AM. Not sure if they were short staffed or what was going on. I have an high fobia of needles they made sure I was okay and calm me down I appreciate the work they do
The literal worst. I called multiple times and left messages requesting confirmation that my lab orders had been received. On the 14th phone call, the receptionist answered, told me she would check, put me on hold, left me on hold for more than 15 minutes, and then CLOSED the office without ever picking up the phone again. Just be prepared for horrible customer service.
