My first time using Labcorp and they missed an entire test. They did NOT follow the lab instructions and did NOT do the CBC. It was the first test on the list. If that’s not bad enough…they did NOT send the results to my physician until I reminded them 2 weeks later. I was impressed with the Durango Labcorp. It is in the Axis building and clearly marked. My labs were ordered online. I checked in at the kiosk when I got there. The phlebotomist was super fast and good at her job. I was in and out in under 20 minutes from the time I checked in. My lab results were available in my online portal by the end of the week.

I've used this LabCorp twice in the last month (not usual for me) and had vastly different expereiences each time. With a 3 PM appointment, staff was friendly and I was seen right on time. With the 9 AM appointment yesterday, I waiting for 50 minutes and the staff seemed very stressed. There were about 20 people there when I arrived and two ladies next to me had an 8 AM and 8:15 AM appointment - both still waiting at 9 AM. Not sure if they were short staffed or what was going on.
