I don’t leave reviews unless it’s really good or really bad, but wow. The older white lady with the short hair had an attitude for no reason
Very rude front desk. They are not welcoming at all. They seem like they don’t care. They have those kiosks and believe they shouldn’t even have to look at you, just sign in on the kiosks and leave us alone. It looked like they had a name tag on and I tried to get a name but it at least looked like her name tag was on backwards.
Waiting 30-40 minutes for a simple blood draw is unacceptable. This is absurd.
I checked in at the kiosk and it showed my balance of $121.95 that I have a payment plan set up for. I made my scheduled pmnt last week for $70, on time, yet it said I have to make ANOTHER $73 pmnt at the kiosk, so I did, assuming that was part of my pmnt for the labs I was there for. When I was called to the window, I was told to pay $300 for my labs, and that they could not apply that to my payment plan, plus it had to be paid up front. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Staff were beyond amazing. Even though I can’t recall the other staff member, my apologies! Lobby full of people and it is still an in/out experience. Sam , and the other staffed member that was filling in today were very kind, patient, and gentle. Sam is thorough with her work. She could stick you with her eyes close! That’s how great she is with the bevel. Anxiety can’t exist with this dynamic duo. Both are GREAT ASSETS TO THE COMPANY!
