Had bloodwork drawn today. Wait time was minimal. Intake person was efficient and polite. Facility was pretty clean. No soap in restroom however. Tech who drew blood did not wash first. No sanitizer or anything in the draw area. I mentioned it and she said it’s hard to get gloves on when hands are wet…. She was efficient but far from polite or personable. I’ll likely not return there.
They were prompt and professional. They were also very helpful! Would definitely go there again!
Made it in and out in a timely manner! They seemed short staffed but the lovely lady working the front desk AND doing labs for patients was soo kind, funny and quick! I struggle with panic disorder and I usually struggle with getting labwork done. She was so fast, painless & kept me distracted! My only regret is that I never caught her name! She was a shorter, Hispanic woman with dirty blonde hair. She was working the noon shift August 1st! (im sorry i cant remember her name, but give her a raise!!!)
Horrible service...they didn't do one of the tests the doctor ordered for my mother...had to go back for it and so far have been waiting over an hour for their mistake...won't be going to hammonton location for my mother or me ever again
The most disrespectful medical facility in the area. I got disrespected by the only person in charge who name is CARMEN. I will never be returning. She’s is not kid friendly at all.
