They give you a time frame for results during a pandemic and do not abide by them. this is a HUGE proble when the results are what is holding you back from working. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
Took the covid antibodies test twice and NEVER got the results. Called several times, left voicemails, sent emails, went through the contact us page on the website NO response EVER. So ridiculous. And the staff at every location I’ve gone to has been so rude.
My husband and I had scheduled appointments today. We checked in from the car as instructed and waited. I finally walked in ten minutes after my appointment time, waited an additional twenty minutes to find out the the check in which was confirmed by the text link didn't go through. There was one tech who was getting slammed. The waiting room was full, in excess of the stated limits. There was one small bottle of sanitizer. Still no results after 8 days. Am I infected? Am I spreading a deadly virus? If I was negative, am I now positive? Ugh.

LabCorp i sat for an hour at your Midlothian lab for employment drug screen before being told i had to go to another location. I called your customer service and you are less than helpful. If I ever have a choice for my lab work it will not be your company 😄 have a marvelous day.
Lab Corp at Plaza Drive in Tomsriver is the most awful facility. Staff is nasty and degrading to anyone that walks into the facility. Mary Francis and Nicole are so disrespectful to the elderly population; it’s sinful. While I was there as a customer I had to watch how each of the elderly people were verbally abused by the staff. It took LabCorp 11 days to release my children’s COVID-19 results!! That is horrible! Thank God that their’s were negative!💙🙏🏽. I’m still waiting on mine!!! 🤦🏽♀️
My COVID swab was taken 10 days ago. I still have no results. I had direct exposure to positive people and I work in the Healthcare field. I have been unable to work that entire time and am losing $$ like crazy. All they keep saying when I call is that it's pending. There is no prioritization for healthcare workers with confirmed direct exposure.
