Arrived at the Prince Frederick, MD office at 7:55 am because they were SUPPOSED to open at 8am and I had to fast. At 8:05 am there were employees waiting to get in. I guess the person with the keys was late. So at least 12 people were waiting when they opened the doors at 8:10am. Then we all start checking in. I sat in my car for an hour and a half staring at my phone waiting for someone to call me after I had checked in. The woman running your Ivy Ridge office couldn’t have been more rude. Without even asking me my name, she told me to “get out.” I asked her when she called me, and still without knowing my name, claimed she called me 3 times. She had time to call me that much, but couldn’t leave ONE voicemail? I am in Reno, NV. Have appointment for a Labcorp location only to find a not on the door saying temporarily closed. Why didn’t I get an email or text informing me? Go to another location- same thing. Now on my way to a 3rd location that I went to last week. It was crowded, unorganized, and the computers were going down. This is ridiculous.
Worst billing I have ever encountered. Called today to ask about my bill and got Rhonda. Kept interrupting me, talking over me, shouting. Horrible service. I had a payment plan and according to Rhonda, I missed my $5 payment for August. But I paid $25 on September 16 with a credit card. They processed the payment and didn't put on the letter that the payment was received. Your mobile app and patient portal is terrible. You can’t even get an account because monkeys programmed the signup form to not accept password validations. How can you trust their test results QA when they can’t even make a basic sign-in form work... I did not have this stupidity on the MyQuest login page.

RecommendedI went to LabCorp for the first time yesterday. It was the Northeast Columbia, SC location. I just wanted to say I was very impressed with how nice and personable they were. I was one of the last people to get there. I hate being one of those to come at the last minute but to avoid taking off work for just a few minutes I just took a chance. I usually take my 15yo son once a month for testing during the week. I love all the woman that work there. Today I went on a Saturday and was an employee I have never seen nor met before. She told me because of Covid I was not allowed to accompany my child in the back. I have never heard of not allowing a minor to not be allowed to have his parent Mom there with him as he was nervous did not know this woman and is scared and hates getting needles. Disgrace
I am at labcorp waiting for bloodwork in Flagstaff, AZ right now. The tech called someone back 2 people out of order. The lady in front of us has waited over an hour and we have waited almost an hour and she took the lady that has waited 20 minutes, I pointed this out to her and she said oh sorry and then kept working with the person.
