I did not want to write this review, but it was unfortunately one of the worst phlebotomy experiences I've had. I'm usually a really easy stick with really big, easily visualized veins. Never had a problem in the past. I left with a painful hematoma on the left arm after having a big 18G needle poking and prodding through perhaps the biggest vein on my left antecubital fossa. I just like the convenience and location.
If you have a fear or needles or pass out AISHA is an absolute angel! Not only did I barely feel a pinch but her ability to talk and keep your mind off of the entire process is so comforting. This will become my preferred location for blood draws. Could not thank her enough. Aisha is the BEST! :)
