All the staff are great. But EXTREMELY overbooked. PLEASE either hire more phoebotomists or STOP accepting walk-ins. The current process is not working.
Laurie at the front desk is just amazing! She is such a sweet heart so nice and kind and made the experience great! I went in yesterday with my daughter to get blood work done and we were in and out of there with no problem and no appointment needed!
Second time coming to this location. In and out. Staff all friendly.
