One of your techs obviously didn’t want to work today. Tech was having a very animated conversation with another employee who was standing in the hallway. Obviously she wasn’t paying attention. Since when do you draw from the lower part of the arm tearing the top layer of skin? She turned to the other employee and said I can’t do this today and walked out of the room and never said a word to me. By the time the other employee put gloves on my arm was already bruised. So I have bruises on both arms. What a wack job
I went out of my way today to go to my favorite location because I am a very hard stick and chronically ill and the Teetsa, the technician there, who has drawn me several times here in the past, has been wonderful. But upon arriving for my scheduled appt today, I waited in my car for over 35 mins before receiving a text that the technician was ready. Did not get test results on time for trip to Hawaii.
RecommendedOKC on Memorial in Oklahoma had a wonderful experience. Got there at 8 so I was first but everything was easy. The ladies working were so nice and did such a great job!

I was tested for COVID on 11/14. I have been experiencing severe symptoms. It’s now 11/19 and I still haven’t gotten my results. I have called and emailed several times with no response. It’s frustrating not to get answers. Very disappointed.
Had labs drawn over a week and no results. This is so unacceptable to not be able to talk with a person. I sent three requests the other patient portal for someone to call me and of course no one has called or emailed me. This is people’s health they are dealing with. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I bet I get a bill for it though.
They have violated HIPAA several times. If you want your personal information sent to the wrong person as well as being called back to a room with them using a personal identifier, then by all means use them. As far as reaching someone in the Corporate Office to voice your concerns, good luck.
