They skip you, they check you in twice because the first person doesn’t ask for the order, then when you ask they catch an attitude. They are short staffed and there is no apology for the extensive wait or explanation for the wait. There should be a separate person upfront taking the patients info and forms so the techs can handle the overload
The tech named Fran is so rude and mean. She treats me like I am an idiot every time I go there for lab work or to give a urine sample for a job. I recommend you avoid her or go somewhere else for your lab needs.
Have used this location many many times for several years now. Convenient, fast, and efficient.
Quick and courteous; Ms. Sessa and Ms. Blizzard did a very good job.
