I came here for 2 weeks everyday and this office staff made my experience so great! They are helpful, kind and thorough. Skilled at drawing blood without any pain! Vesna is so helpful when I needed help with proper paperwork from my doctors office. Cannot sing high enough praises. They made an unpleasant moment I was going through so pleasant.

It was my first time visiting the LabCorp in Paramus, and I had a fantastic experience! My 6-year-old daughter, who is Autistic, needed extensive lab work, and Alisha, along with another male staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), made the process seamless. They were incredibly kind, patient, and efficient—qualities that are crucial for a smooth experience with a child on the spectrum. I have visited this location several times, and I believe they need to hire more experienced and gentle staff. One older Spanish woman who drew my blood was rough, causing significant pain and discomfort, and showed little sympathy. On the other hand, another staff member, a white woman, was excellent—very gentle and professional. I also recommend avoiding Saturdays, as it gets extremely busy, with lines stretching out the door.
