We brought our 20 month old here for pediatric blood work. When we arrived I was surprised at how small this place is. You walk in and there are a few seats against the wall and ONE kiosk to check in. People were lined up for the kiosk and just standing around, waiting, wherever there was space. When they called us I gave my daughter's prescription and we were called in right away since she's a "baby." I had hope that this would be a breeze since they called us in so fast. Great check-in and check-out. Was done in 12 minutes for blood testing.. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Thanks all at Paramus Labcorp.
Lady upfront is rude
I came here for 2 weeks everyday and this office staff made my experience so great! They are helpful, kind and thorough. Skilled at drawing blood without any pain! Vesna is so helpful when I needed help with proper paperwork from my doctors office. Cannot sing high enough praises. They made an unpleasant moment I was going through so pleasant.
