If I could give a minus in stars I would. My kidney doctor had requested lab tests and so had my PCP. I got to the lab and the tech had me do the urin test and that was all. I asked him about the blood tests and I was told none was requested. I knew that was not right and once again questioned it. I ended going back to have blood work done. Had a blood draw on Wednesday for a Dr appointment the next Tuesday. No results came back, had to cancel Dr appointment. 10 days later still no results!! Phone system is set up to not take calls from patients. Sent an email message got a reply saying that they would respond in 3-5 business days! What a horrible company to have to deal with!
Despite a waiting room full of people, Nicole provided professional, excellent service. Whatever you pay her and the other tech in this facility, I guarantee you, it's not near enough.
These people working at Labcorp are so rude they are in the back complaining about people showing up for their testing just when they are caught up.. THAT IS THEIR JOB to draw blood!!! They sounded very annoyed.
If you have an appointment go about 15 mins early because there may be a line to check in and it is sloooooow even if you have an appointment expect to wait… staff gets a bit testy if you complain so when you go back don’t complain or make eye contact and you should be ok… they are excellent at drawing blood but they may be under staffed! So I will blame management and not the staff…
