My first visit here today, I had to drop off some stuff for my baby and let's just say I was way disappointed. I was not sure if I needed to sign in or not but I could hear someone behind the curtain at check in. So I said excuse me ... I was expecting him to open the curtain but he talked to me through it which I thought was very weird. Then he just told me to sign in on the tablet and I had to wait about 10 minutes with a cup in my hand 🙃 I would definitely recommend some training on customer service!
Automated check-in, with very unfriendly lab tech. Bad Combination. Just a little common courtesy would go a long way. Probably the main reason for your overall poor review rating. Think about it.
They hide in the back as if they are scared of the public
The lady that drew my blood asked if I drank some water & I said no not this morning. My mistake I should have drank water. She then stuck me & I believe she most likely popped a vein it’s been 5 days & the bruise is huge. She finally stuck my other vein & got blood but I think she stuck me too far down on my arm.
disappointed that you don't have a PERSON to check you in, it's a computer and older people struggle with it. stop stealing people's jobs and replacing them with a computer.
