The lady that drew my blood asked if I drank some water & I said no not this morning. My mistake I should have drank water. She then stuck me & I believe she most likely popped a vein it’s been 5 days & the bruise is huge. She finally stuck my other vein & got blood but I think she stuck me too far down on my arm.
disappointed that you don't have a PERSON to check you in, it's a computer and older people struggle with it. stop stealing people's jobs and replacing them with a computer.
They told me I couldn’t get results of my lab work from last week, even though I have always received results on the labcorp portal before. The last one was just in January. So something has changed and not for the good.
Staff does not answer phone during business hours. They want you to leave a voicemail. This is ridiculous. If you are open then you are able to answer phone calls.
