I almost canceled my appointment after reading the reviews but I'm glad I didn't. I'm sure everyone's bad reviews were justified but my experience couldn't have been better. I was sent to Labcor simply because the Dr's technician couldn't find my veins which is pretty normal for me. I did arrive about 20 minutes early, checked in on my phone. My appointment was for 8:15, at 8:06 I was back in my car. The sweet technician hit it on her 1st try! I have never been poked less than at least 3 times.
Most of the reviews on here are pretty accurate about waiting. They are severely understaffed. Only 2 people to run the entire process. I had an 11:15 appointment and didn’t get called until 12pm. But, the staff is very friendly. I am someone who does not like needles and they did great! She noticed my left arm vein was not easily accessible and so instead of just sticking me to find out, she asked if that’s the arm I normally use. I said no and she immediately went to the other arm. Decided to see if there was a location in Burleson and after reading the reviews, I decided not to chance going here. Reviews Matter! Get it together LabCorp. I'm going elsewhere today.
There's two types of business you lose, that which you know you lose like everyone here who has left a bad review. The other is the business you don't know you lose. That's the ones who read these reviews and go somewhere else. They share their experience with everyone and don't come back. I went there as a walk-in as I have before. No one there mid day, it wasn't lunch. Check in at the kiosk, yet nothing. Called, left message and waited. Nothing. Days later still no call back.
