This is the very worst LabCorp I have ever been to. It used to be alright but now the employees are rude, slow, and seem to delight in being disrespectful to clients. Edit: I waited 2.5 hours to get my lab work done and was still never called so I just left. I had to hunt someone down to find out what was happening and neither person I spoke to cared in the slightest. Worst ever!!! Time says, they are open. They are not open .we sat there this morning with about 20 other angry people.We will never go back to the one in cleburne. It’s BAD!
I'm 73 years old, but worked 45 years using computers and automated technology. However, not everyone my age has. When I go to the Cleburne Lab Corp location, I m able to check-in. I stand and help others struggling to check-in because of the frustration they experience. My husband is one that struggles and came home today, not getting his bloodwork because he was unable to work the automated device. Not one Lab Corp employee helps do this, but it's not others job who should. What do they do if unable to figure it out?. One ... read more
If I could give a minus in stars I would. My kidney doctor had requested lab tests and so had my PCP. I got to the lab and the tech had me do the urin test and that was all. I asked him about the blood tests and I was told none was requested. I knew that was not right and once again questioned it. I ended going back to have blood work done. He had only seen one request not two. The tests were done about a month ago. This week I have received messages to set up an appointment for lab work, huh! I just had it done!!!!!! Had a blood draw on Wednesday for a Dr appointment the next Tuesday. No results came back, had to cancel Dr appointment. 10 days later still no results!! Phone system is set up to not take calls from patients. Sent an email message got a reply saying that they would respond in 3-5 business days! What a horrible company to have to deal with!
