These people working at Labcorp are so rude they are in the back complaining about people showing up for their testing just when they are caught up.. THAT IS THEIR JOB to draw blood!!! They sounded very annoyed.
If you have an appointment go about 15 mins early because there may be a line to check in and it is sloooooow even if you have an appointment expect to wait… staff gets a bit testy if you complain so when you go back don’t complain or make eye contact and you should be ok… they are excellent at drawing blood but they may be under staffed! So I will blame management and not the staff…
My first visit here today, I had to drop off some stuff for my baby and let's just say I was way disappointed. I was not sure if I needed to sign in or not but I could hear someone behind the curtain at check in. So I said excuse me ... I was expecting him to open the curtain but he talked to me through it which I thought was very weird. Then he just told me to sign in on the tablet and I had to wait about 10 minutes with a cup in my hand 🙃 I would definitely recommend some training on customer service!
Automated check-in, with very unfriendly lab tech. Bad Combination. Just a little common courtesy would go a long way. Probably the main reason for your overall poor review rating. Think about it.
