The Gadsden Office, can't even copy someone insurance information to their chart. Then patients get billed due to their error, with the wrong insurance listed. What type of staff are you allowing to run things?

I took my 3 year old in for routine blood work. I was heartened that they had a pediatric tag on the appointment app. I wanted this to go as well as possible since I know this experience will shape her attitude towards medical appointments for a long while. I hold her in my lap and am optimistic when the tourniquet presents a good vein. She handles the initial puncture incredibly well, just a little peep of surprise. Not enough techs every time I come. No sense of urgency no matter how many people are in the waiting room. Explaining how things are done to someone who's first language is not English by stating "that's why I said hold onto that and bring it up when called" is NOT the way it's done. This is the last time I come here, Quest does a much better job and everyone knows what customer service is all about
