I went to have my annual A1C blood work and I arrived at 8a.m., which is when they open. No one was there, besides the line of patients. They typically have 2 of the best phlebotomist there but not anymore! They decided to switch things up apparently. Well we all pile into the small clinic and the 1 employee who showed up 15 minutes late was so slow moving that after waiting for half an hour she still hadn’t even taken the first patient. Efficient and professional clean and friendly
They literally picked up the phone and hung up on me. They never answer their phone. I also have had my doctor send my referral three times and they still say they don’t have my referral. The staff always have an attitude. Please choose elsewhere for your health care.
Tech was very respectful and professional.
