Only leaving a star because I have to. Very impersonal, you have to check in at kiosk. They have 5 chairs in the waiting room for a crowd that is being referred by the hospital outpatient. Very much an inconvenience on top of the charges that are ridiculous.
I used Labcorp in Columbus three times over the past year to get drug screens required by the VA. Labcorp has been very helpful each time. They have always been polite, and they send the results to my doctor and me within 24 hours.
I really didn't want to leave any stars. I usually don't do reviews but I had to do this one. I am writing this review because I experienced an unacceptable encounter at this labcorp location. My recent visit to this facility revealed a concerning level of unprofessionalism from a staff member by the name Tanza. Great service. Got my lab results back literally the very next day.
8/29 in Columbus, MS. The phlebotomist was so sweet and professional. I was in out in less than ten minutes. Her name was Tanza! Thank you, Tanza!
