This is the worse experience in my life ! Just one persone is working and I wait more than an hour for a blood test … Zero starts , poor experience
I had a 7:15 appointment so I could get it done first thing in the morning, not be late for work - I was there a bit early just in case I could get back sooner - finally at 8:10 I was called back - why do they think their time is more important than mine - terrible experience - go to QUEST much better and they will get you in much more timely!!
Why do you not allow us to have access to a restroom in the entire building and make us wait 40min to be seen. If I leave to use the bathroom I could miss my name call and have to reschedule.
Service was quick, and Dawn was very friendly !
I am a really hard draw and Dawn did an amazing job. This is my new place for blood draws. It’s fast efficient and amazing.
