they need more employees sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and left without getting my bloodwork they need to make this place appointment only dont say you take walkins when in reality you dont 😂
This location used to be really fast without an appointment. Last 2 visits have taken hours.
I had an appointment and did not have to wait long at all. Waiting room was full, busy day for walk ins but they honor appointments which is great. Latrice is absolutely amazing she is warm and friendly and so funny , made the whole visit easy!
Horrible experience. Took our child for pediatric bloodwork. Was told that pediatrics would take priority. Waited an hour. After an hour, was told they didn’t have the orders. Waited some more. Staff were rude and dismissive. Ended up leaving without getting bloodwork done.
