Long wait, but I didn't have an appointment, so, that's my fault, not theirs. On their end, quick smooth sign in process, very helpful and professional staff. Blood draw was painless n quick(as it always is at plumbtree). That's why I go to this location. Never have an issue. Always a good experience. Thank you.

Wait time is atleast an hour and more always.
Over an hour and still waiting. Other people had appointment and over one hour wait. There aren’t enough seats for waiting patients. I never received a text message saying that it was my turn.
I had to wait for over an hour, there were only two people working and not enough chairs for everyone.
