I visited for bloodwork and it was honestly the smoothest experience I've ever had. Teaia made me comfortable and I'm honestly terrified of needles because of past doctor experiences.Very swift and well mannered. Thank you Teaia!
The older lady with short hair at the front desk is horrible. I should’ve trusted the reviews and went somewhere else. Because my luck I got her too. She wrote a red line on the cup and told me to fill it to that line. Some people don’t urinate that much. I am a lab technician myself and know exactly how much urine that’s needed. I will be calling labcorp about this woman and her misinformation. She failed my drug test when there was plenty of urine to send.
Beth at the front desk tried her hardest to discourage me from getting my labs done because I had an order for a different lab. I didn’t realize my doctor had done so. Beth tried to tell me that they might not offer the same labs ordered (VERY BASIC TESTS WERE ORDERED). When I pointed out that they were basic tests, she proceeded to tell me that the results “may not come out the same”. I’ve actually worked in a lab for 23 years.
