I have read all the other reviews on other lab corps sites and they weren’t so good. I picked this one because Conyers seems to be in a nice community. I booked an appointment. I signed in. I only had to wait five minutes. Lees was my technician everything ran smoothly.
Id give a 0 star but it wont let me. Google shows you are open until 4:30pm est your door was open and you refused to take a stool sample that was prepared with orders and in an envelope.
I waited for over an hour with an appointment and never got seen. Thats all I have to say.
It took 3 tries to have lab work done, 1st time there was a lack of employees to take my labs, 2nd time i was told they didn't have time even though it was in the time for walkins, 3rd time after a very long wait it finally happened.
My appointment was for 9:30. I waited 40 mins before they took me back to be seen. Was only 2 ppl working that day .
