How many times is Labcorp going to comment under reviews about the rude, unprofessional front desk staff without actually doing anything about it? It’s the same story over and over — people mention how unpleasant and disrespectful the experience was, and Labcorp responds with a generic apology, but no real change ever happens. Do better, Labcorp! Start hiring staff who are both personable and professional. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and basic decency.
We had a great experience at LabCorp. I took my son, and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything went smoothly. Even though it was pretty busy, we were in and out in about 30 minutes. The nurse was so good at her job, my son didn’t even feel the needle! Honestly, if I had relied on the reviews, I probably wouldn’t have gone. That’s why I wanted to leave something positive, because our experience was truly great.
