Ladies were ignoring the phone but answering their personal cell phone. Seems like they sure take their time and were talking about other people in there very loudly. They were definitely on a power trip but they do seem overworked. Doesn’t give them an excuse to be so passive aggressive though.
Had an appointment for 2pm. Checked in at 1:35pm. Instantly got a text saying they were ready. Walked in got the blood test done and was out before 2 pm. The lady was very nice and had a nice conversation while getting blood drawn. I'm sure it's not always like that but being 3 miles away. It definitely better than going anywhere further.
Terrible service. Long long waits even with an appointment.
