Eric and chyanne was good ro me they are a happy bunch
Made an appointment for 12:15pm, nobody works the front desk, burned up my entire lunch break waiting, finally left and got a text at 12:50 "the technician is ready to see you now." What was the purpose of doing an appointment if its going to be 40 min wait times? Thats nuts.
No one at front desk, they text to say they are ready and when you go in you are ignored because no one is at the desk and they kept calling others back and ignoring me
Salisbury location is CLOSED. There is nothing on the website that states this. Made appointment online, get there and a sign on the door says CLOSED with addresses for location in Concord and Mooresville. When you call you cannot talk to a real person, only rotobot. Very annoying and unprofessional!
