Salisbury location is CLOSED. There is nothing on the website that states this. Made appointment online, get there and a sign on the door says CLOSED with addresses for location in Concord and Mooresville. When you call you cannot talk to a real person, only rotobot. Very annoying and unprofessional!
I get blood work there regularly and have never had a bad experience. There is no long wait, I am a hard stick but they have never had to dig and always get it on the first try. I have a horrible time with my lab at my drs office. I will always get it done at this lab corp.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this Labcorp location. The supervisor demonstrates a lack of accountability and leadership, often leaving staff unsupported and unprepared. Even more concerning, this site has repeatedly operated without lids on sharps containers — a clear OSHA compliance violation that puts both patients and employees at risk of needle-stick injuries and exposure to bloodborne pathogens. No one at the front desk for the 5 to 10 min and right when some one come they said no drug screening at the time so the when I left the parking lot has a big dip at the when leaving bumping my front end hard go some where else or go early
