I got to the Reidsville Labcorp on Richardson Drive at 9 am to find that there were 7 people ahead of me. The waiting room was pretty crowded so I waited outside. When the lab tech came out to call the next person, I returned to hear her say she is working alone so she will get to us when she gets to us. I asked if this is always the case, and she replied, “usually, but I like it this way.” I then said, “yeah, but we don’t!” It is ridiculous to have one lab tech making people wait 30 to 45 minutes for a simple blood draw. Only one other client was waiting to be seen other than myself. I checked in and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Selma was very personable without being overly friendly. I would use this location again.

I love Selma, she has a great personality and answers all my questions with a smile. She makes me feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation...
Selma is awesome she has great customer service and got me in and out very quickly she was very accommodating and thoroughly explained the process. I appreciate her so much and will be returning to this LabCorp for my future labs.
