I would give ZERO stars if the system would let me. This is literally the worst labcorp around. Always a wait and the staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I just wasted an hour of my life sitting there waiting for fasting bloodwork only to be told their system is down and they can't help me without a paper copy of my order. This would have been good information to have before I got there as I don't have a paper copy of my order. Great experience for someone who doesn't like needles. I believe the woman that helped me was named Diane. Not sure if she is in a management position but if not she should be. Very professional!
My husband came here and they drew the wrong lab test. Now we are 2-3 weeks behind on IVF procedures because of this. Went in for genetic testing and they drew up a CBC. LIKE WHAT!
Scheduling is very easy. I keep coming back to the Mason LabCorp due to friendliness and efficiency of the staff. My nurse is very experienced and never has to stick me twice for a blood draw.
