Website says NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. You arrive and an appointment is needed. Sent me 30 minutes across town to an even worse location.

I had a confirmed appointment for a maternity test and when we arrived the gentleman at the reception called Justin rudely told me we didn’t have an order in the system. He was so rude and unprofessional. After another employee stepped in she confirmed that our order was in the system. I am very disappointed that a reputable company such as labcorp can have such an employee. There was another client ahead of us who also received the same rude standoff treatment from Justin and walked out. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone! There is an employee by the name of Jasmine that took rudeness to a whole different level! After our interaction, I called the office to speak with a manager to report her. She hung up on me! Call back a second time and got the number from an employee to the manager direct number . he said he would address the issue however, I will never be able to forgive her for speaking to me in such a rude manner! This place should be closed DOWN .. they say appointment only but don’t answer the phone nor does the online portal work.. when I walked in they were talking about a fight on TV show! Unprofessional and useless location… WT Harris or Park rd location recommended! NOT Billingsly

I walked in and found the staff engaged in a personal conversation. When I tried to get their attention, they seemed annoyed, as if I was rude for interrupting. They brushed me off. I had scheduled an ePass drug test for pre-employment, but was told they only accept appointments. I had called two days prior and left a voicemail, but never received a callback. If they’re by appointment only, they shouldn’t allow people to book pre-employment drug tests online. It ended up being a huge waste of time.
