Even with an appointment, on a 45 min wait, crowded lobby and any empty front desk. Pretty bad
I had such a great experience at this LabCorp location! I showed up without an appointment, and the staff went above and beyond to fit me in quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the whole process was so much smoother than I expected. Mina, the tech who drew my blood, was absolutely wonderful—gentle, efficient, and so kind. It’s rare to find that level of care and customer service these days, and I really appreciated it! Highly recommend this location.
You can’t get bloodwork done between 2-4 without an appointment and it doesn’t say that anywhere else until you arrive.
This location was excellent! Tanya was at the front desk friendly as ever. She got me checked in took me to the back and did my testing. I was in and out in no joke less than 10 minutes. A lot of the these bad reviews are from a while ago with different employees. I can assure you what i saw was professionalism, welcoming, and speedy service. I would recommend this location 10/10
I’ve been coming to this location for years because of the friendly staff and excellent phlebotomists. HIGHLY recommend!
