What I witnessed while sitting in the waiting room was alarming. The nurse working the reception desk should not be the rudest person in an office, especially with elderly patients attempting to ask simple questions. They were dismissive and disrespectful to patients and seemed inconvenienced and bothered by those who walked up to the window instead of using the kiosk. I was visiting from out of town as a resident of Florida and had the opportunity to visit one of the Charlotte locations directly across from Atrium Health Pineville. From the moment I arrived, the office staff demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and genuine friendliness. I have never met such unprofessional and rude group of people in a medical setting before. They speak to people in a very rude manner and have not etiquettes. One of the ladies was on her phone while talking to be and expected me to understand what she was saying. Do not recommend going to this specific location.
These labs need to run a customer service course. Staff is very unprofessional and talks crap about you for the slightest inconvenience and you can hear them in the waiting area saying bad things about the patients. I thought to myself “are they even trying to hide it?” One of the staff members was rushing and had an attitude.
