It seems is a Labcorp policy to have rude workers but this is the worst. They have 100s of bad reviews about the rude service in their front desk and do nothing to make it better. I want the owner to give us an explanation about the reason of having people like that working there. I was there for 2 hours today and every single person was mad with the attitude. We are clients, we are paying, we should get better service.
Terrible service, the reception staff treat people badly. NEVER COME HERE.
As others stated awful front desk staff! They need to learn they are there to serve. They are lazy and do not properly address questions. They act as if you are pestering them just by your presence. I’m sure they get the same questions a million times a day but if you don’t like it change jobs. They are disrespectful, not helpful and down right rude. I went to this office today to do a simple drug screening did not know that it was going to take a hour and a half. There is no organization to this whole office. Once I signed in, I counted at least 10 people that went before me that sign in after me I do understand that that there may be appointments but if you have a walk-in business, you should have a way to work those walk-ins in without having them wait almost 2 hours. As other mentioned before the reception customer treatment and their attitude are far from perfection, but I appreciate the fact that I can simply walk in without an appointment and get my medical test done within a very reasonable time frame. To sum up, I am going to use them regardless of their some customer service skills ipmerfection while they keep delivering results efficiently.
