Despite being a walk in around lunch, they got all customers in a timely manner. Patrice did an extra great job with my 8 yo. He was so scared and now thanks the Patrice he isn’t anymore.
I had a terrible experience here today. When I arrived for my appointment, I walked up to the front desk. There were four employees sitting behind the desk and none of them greeted me. I was polite and told them I was here for my appointment, to which one of them rudely replied that I could either check in on my phone or on one of the devices they had in the lobby. I believe everyone working on 5/18/26 deserves a raise if they haven’t received one yet. I only have positive things to say about the entire experience. I felt so comfortable and at peace, which means a lot because I have to get blood work done frequently. Not every place provides such excellent care and service. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely reassuring throughout the visit. Thank you all for making what is usually a stressful experience feel so easy and comforting
Staff was very friendly and service was fast.
It seems is a Labcorp policy to have rude workers but this is the worst. They have 100s of bad reviews about the rude service in their front desk and do nothing to make it better. I want the owner to give us an explanation about the reason of having people like that working there. I was there for 2 hours today and every single person was mad with the attitude. We are clients, we are paying, we should get better service.
