Absolutely awful. Use one of the many other testing companies, like Any Lab Test Now, in the area. This has one worker and a giant line of patients. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, and it's impossible to get any help whatsoever. Even with an appointment, expect to wait a couple hours because they're so disorganized and understaffed.
I had an appointment at this location, when I arrived doors were locked and location was closed. Called and they said they were closed but it was during operating hours and I was on time for my appointment
Avoid this location! I’ve never waited this long, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, at any other location in the area. Everyone that walked in AFTER me was seen before I was. My appointment was at 1:15pm and they didn’t call my name until 3:00pm!! I arrived at 1:10. I went to the desk to check when I was going to be called and they stated I’d be called soon, STILL WATCHING EVERYONE go before me! I was livid. We gave our insurance, and the facility ran it and said we would owe a co-pay of $42 which we paid. A month later, they billed us $1,921 and said they didn't accept our insurance. You can't say you accept insurance before the test are done, and give us a cost to pay, and then afterwards say no we don't accept your insurance and charge 4,500% more.
