FIVE HOUR WAIT I had an extremely disappointing experience at Labcorp. I couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks at any nearby location, so I decided to do a walk-in, as their website states that walk-ins are welcome. I arrived at 9:30 a.m and was finally seen at 2:30 PM I ended up waiting 5 HOURS During that time, I checked in with the staff three times to remind them that I was waiting and to let them know that I was starting to feel unwell after fasting since 8 p.m. the night before. Staff was great but I could tell they were overworked. I had an appointment but was not seen for an hour after my appointment.
After reading the reviews I have to admit I was a little worried but my experience at this location was wonderful. The staff were professional and pleasant. The wait time was about 15-20 mins at 10 am and I was there for an employee drug screen. The office had patients there wait it was quiet and clean. Definitely would recommend anyone to this office.
They literally are only taking one patient every 30 mins and having an appointment means nothing to them you wait hours...avoid this place at all cost
Don't go here. There are worthless. Been sitting here for two hours. They take one person every 30 min at best. Poor service.
