Not even worthy of 1 star. It’s lab work purgatory. Expect to wait at least an hour just for them to get your order and then longer to actually be drawn. Staff is unhappy due to patient volume. Patients are upset due to the wait. Terrible all around.
Worst lab experience ever. Incompetent from the front to the back. Saw 3 patients for labs in 1 hour. Zero communication. Do not recommend.
This place is slow it always has been today two workers and on phone personal phones texting backed up for even appointments and tells me it will be another 45 min even though I need to go in a cup and my appt time had already passed and I still wasn’t checked in. She look annoyed when I saw her texting and she had to look up and talk to me. Place needs to be shut down or get new workers.
This place is ridiculous. Literally made a 12 o’clock appointment and it’s now 12:03 and there’s four appointments ahead of me. I’ve got other things to get done today. They really need better help. There is one lady who could literally run the whole show who isn’t in today. Seriously I could do a better job than this. It’s not ok.
