Tried to come here and drop off labwork for my son and schedule an appointment because his labs require overnight fasting. Was told that they don’t do appointments, it’s strictly walk in only. Asked if that’s the same with all labcorps locations and was told yes. Even with fasting labs. Get to another labcorp location only to be told I was misinformed, that yes all labcorps locations take appointments. What is the point in making an appointment if you can’t stick to the schedule. I understand being plus or minus a few minutes but 45 is unacceptable. People have work scheduled etc to maintain. Get it together.

I arrived here and checked in 10 minutes prior to my appt. It’s 30 minutes later and somehow there are people who came in after me who are seen first and I’m still sitting here. What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m going to be waiting this long anyway?

I scheduled for a weekday morning appointment and arrived early and had a fairly short wait. I had to stay at the facility for a 3 hr glucose stay and it did fill up with a great deal of people waiting. The phlebotomist carefully watched me during each blood draw to make sure I was okay to go. She was very kind and reassuring and made sure to take her time in having me stand up.
