They literally are only taking one patient every 30 mins and having an appointment means nothing to them you wait hours...avoid this place at all cost
Don't go here. There are worthless. Been sitting here for two hours. They take one person every 30 min at best. Poor service.
I had the worst experience ever at the Brandon location. There were 2 ladies there and neither one of them could collect my specimen. I have a very important test that I needed to have the results for but they both failed at drawing my specimen. I told them that I needed a butterfly which everytime that I go there it's never anywhere. The older one needs to retire and other one needs more training.
The day I went, this location had a visiting phlebotomist/MA from Plant city named Brittany and when I tell you, she was absolutely fantastic! I was in and out of her chair in less than three minutes, and I barely felt the poke of the needle. My total wait time including service was approximately 20 minutes. This particular location is very clean and well organized.
The worst Been here for 2 hours and there are 3 patients here.
