Nobody even showed up to open. After 2 and 1/2 hours I gave up. This place sucks!!!
I want to express my deep frustration regarding the behavior of one of your female employees, who was extremely rude and, in my opinion, demonstrated racist behavior. I have been using this facility for a long time, and I’ve always been treated with respect. All the other employees have consistently been professional, kind, and welcoming. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to get injured by the inexperienced Phlebotomist. My wife got tendinitis from one of them that poked her multiple times and after inserting the needle she kept moving it up and down not knowing how dangerous that can be.
