Pésimo servicio del personal. Aunque tengas tu cita esperas más de 1 hora. Taparon la máquinas para agarrar citas y hacer check in y aunque funcionan. Y este trato es prologado vine hace un año y también la misma situación. Hace falta más personal y un curso de servicio al cliente. Porque tratan pésimo a la personas es una falta de respeto.
Worst experience ever,make an appointment for 6:30am and with the appointment they call me at 7:45am. I think they should sell the lab to another company with more employees.
I had a very disappointing experience at Labcorp today. There was barely anyone there, yet the wait was still unnecessarily long because their system was down. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the employee who attended me — she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Pésimo servicio. Nadie te atiende
Absolutely terrible experience. We waited over 50 minutes to an hour, only to watch multiple people who arrived after us get taken before us because they “had appointments.” I understand appointments exist, but the way this was handled made absolutely no sense. We were already there, waiting, and at one point someone walked in, checked in, and was called almost immediately.
