Very disappointed. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. Told the tech what time my appointment was. AN HOUR after my appointment time I finally ask him what the deal is and he tells me he couldn't find me. He had all this time to ask, and he's letting walk-ins go in before me. This is the type of service you expect in this world countries, not here.

Went as a walk in this morning - 3rd location I tried for pediatric bloodwork (first was closed and second didn’t have the supplies they needed). Waited an hour and then when I asked the tech how long until the next walk-in would be taken, he told me the screen told me when I checked in that it would be a 4 hour wait. The screen did no such thing. He tone was rude and condescending. I am not inclined to return to this location and I will definitely never let that tech touch me or my very small child. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a lab. It took them over 2 hours from my appointment time to see me. The staff was very rude and impatient and very slow at doing the simplest tasks. Do not recommend coming to this office.

This location should be permanently closed. All check-in machines are broken. The reception desk is not staffed. The waiting area is not clean. Is Labcorp a failing business or is it just this location? Do not attempt to get lab work done here.
