No recomiendo este laboratorio. Mi cita era para la 1pm y han pasado más de 16 minutos y no me llaman. Más de 14 horas en ayunas.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff is unprofessional and rude to everyone, they won’t confirm last names to ensure the right person is going back for their testing. If you don’t have an appointment, good luck being seen! I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour and they’ve taken back only three people, and only people with appointments. Well I have to say that my experience today at the Sand Lake location was excellent. Yesterday I had an appointment at the Orange Avenue branch and it was the worst experience of my life. Number one: poor service. Number two: the place was full of people because they take a long time to serve you. Number three: poor hygiene. I had an appointment, after checking in, was called in within a few minutes. The girl that helped me was very efficient and polite. Was there no more than 10 minutes.
