Even though I didn’t have a bad experience, it wasn’t pleasant at all. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival. My wait time was about 10 minutes which wasn’t horrible, even though the lobby was empty. Once called to the back, the lady who took my blood questioned why I sat in the draw chair. I was there for both blood work and a urine drug screen. She made me go back into the waiting room to check in again for blood work. Once started, she did sanitize her hands which is appreciate. The blood draw performed by her was very poor. Bad customer service and unprofessional attitude
If I could give negative score, I would. Kiosk is too filthy to touch. I schedule appt for 1:30, show up at 1:15 per their request only to find sign on door returning 2pm. Nobody answers phone. So here I sit waiting 45 minutes and hoping someone will show up at some point. Horrible company, horrible service. I will share this with the employer contracting with this company.
