It’s no way I have to call over 4 times and no one picks up the phone.
I had a great experience at the LabCorp location on Wilkens Ave. I came in early in the morning for time-sensitive fertility labs, and the phlebotomist was absolutely amazing. I was seen almost immediately after check-in — no waiting at all — and she was very professional, calm, and efficient. She listened when I explained that my labs were STAT and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Fast service, professional and nice staff, and all of the patient areas where clean. No complaints, and I'd come back again. I've been here 3 time and this is my first review. The service has been consistently good to me.
The lady on the phone and the front desk lady were super sweet. Got me right and got me right out to drop off my daughter’s urine sample.
