Worst experienced in my life. We put everything in the computers and waited for 30 minutes just to send us upstairs. They were doing nothing but they holding patients in the waiting area. When we went to the front desk they didn’t even look at our papers and told us to go upstairs after waiting for an half an hour??? I have blood drawn occasionally, almost always without pain or issue. First time at this Labcorp and the draw REALLY hurt! Two weeks later, my inner elbow still has a yellow bruise. Don't know what they did differently from every other lab I've visited, but I won't be back. The two stars is for the quick (next day) turnaround.
Super quick even without an appointment ! Phlebotomist was very friendly and efficient. Will 100% make this my preferred location.
10/17/2025 - I was the first one there around 7:52a. Before 8a, 2 more people had come. I used the Express check-in Kiosk, which scanned my driver’s license and insurance card. It was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Then the nurse called my name to briefly checked me in again and gave me the bill. I paid it by credit card there. Then I waited inside the lab room for another 10 minutes or so while she checked in other patients. She took my blood without issues. When I walked out, there were at least 10 people waiting. I had a bad experience with the 3700 fleet street branch. The receptionist was so rude, i came on time to my appointment and while checking in she told me that i had a previous balance and i have to settle that balance before checking me in, i told her that i need to make a phone call and i stepped out. I made a payment plan i went in to check in again and i told her that i settled the issue, she told me “no” she won’t check me in.
