Super quick even without an appointment ! Phlebotomist was very friendly and efficient. Will 100% make this my preferred location.
10/17/2025 - I was the first one there around 7:52a. Before 8a, 2 more people had come. I used the Express check-in Kiosk, which scanned my driver’s license and insurance card. It was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Then the nurse called my name to briefly checked me in again and gave me the bill. I paid it by credit card there. I had a bad experience with the 3700 fleet street branch. The receptionist was so rude, i came on time to my appointment and while checking in she told me that i had a previous balance and i have to settle that balance before checking me in, i told her that i need to make a phone call and i stepped out. I made a payment plan i went in to check in again and i told her that i settled the issue, she told me “no” she won’t check me in. The woman at the front desk checking folks in was so helpful and efficient. Her interactions with patients were warm and friendly especially with explaining procedures. She even looked into an insurance question for me to make sure I wouldn’t end up with a surprise large bill for a test.
You never ran 2 out of 3 of the tests ordered so I had to go to patient first and pay out of pocket to run them again. When my doctor called yesterday the representative said they would email someone and I never heard anything again. I won't come again unless I'm reimbursed for the extra money I had to spend on the incompetency of Labcorp paying for the same test again at PatientFirst so I could have the tests before my surgery this Tuesday.
