I've been standing in the hallway for 30 minutes waiting for this to open. Sign on door says 7am, it's 730. Someone just came in building and said they moved. NO sign on the door, website still gives this address. People work. This sucks!!
We have been to Lab Corp on Prytania, as well as Quest on Prytania and Marrero. While we have no complaints about those visits, we have a special affinity for the Marrero Lab Corp administered by a very friendly and competent person in Sheila at that facility. The service is always top-notch! Itv is also a very clean office!
I normally go to Quest, but my doctor order my lab via Lab Corp. I was here to DROP-OFF specimens with the lab order the doctor had provided and I notified the front desk that my doctor had order an additional lab. Instead of assisting me, she told me to go sit down and wait. It has been over 20 minutes and I am still waiting to DROP-OFF.
I guess when business hours say 7am that doesn’t apply to the workers of LabCorp. I bet they close on time!
