I went without an appointment today to do a basic blood test. The phlebotomists usually hate me, because my veins are nonexistent and my visits are very dramatic, tearful and painful. But you know what--not today! I was in with Tracy--she said she is a floating phlebotomist, so she was just covering her co-worker's vacation, but she is a SUPER STAR. I prepared to scream and cry, had a box of tissues next to me and was hoping and praying for it to be over. Didn't even feel a thing! AMAZING.
This is the most disorganized place I have seen. A lady before me is just trying to drop a specimen but instead had to wait inline for 20 min. Ridiculous…
Office is old, but was in and out without an appointment in 15 minutes at 1pm on a Monday.
People here have no clue what services they provide. I ordered a 200$ test online for a self swab st a facility so they can take it and process it. I come here: instructions are: read this paper use thenpublic bathroom and then they had me also process the swab in the contrast substance myself put both things into a bag and leave it by the counter. Results came inconclusive, requiring retest I go to a different Location 490 Post- it's closed, they send me to 2233 Post they supposedly don't take these kind of swabs and the do... read more
