I went for my employee drug test, twice in a single day, because there was some concern that I was somebody else. The systemic error that had caused confusion had been explained by my employer multiple times and the staff still declined to take a sample. I've been going to this location for years and I've never, I mean never experienced what others have written a review about. I'm really sorry for all their bad encounters. I was there a few weeks back and the staff has always been super friendly, nice, professional, Custer service-oriented and helpful. Music is always playing, the staffs mood is always on point and all of my questions - if any, are always answered. The staff at this location were the rudest I’ve ever met. She wasn’t cussing anyone out, but sure made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Will probably start going to a different location. They look like they genuinely hate their jobs.
