Was going to rate it quite low due to the fact their check-in system was not working and staff was unbothered by the inconvenience. It’s not their fault that they have no offline support for instances like this. I attempted to check-in three times. I went this morning to have my blood drawn. The staff is just crabby and rude. This is the case every time. I checked the other branches and it’s consistently low. I suspect that they don’t pay their staff well. If that’s the case, they are scraping the bottom of the barrel for phlebotomists and that means they are less competent than their competitors. Made an appointment online well in advance and day of appointment I arrived at the building, checked in online from my mobile device, and nobody contacted me for 20 minutes. When I complained to the front desk, I was then told their computer system was messed up and it was another 10 minutes before I was seen. Staff was condescending and very rude.
