When I arrives at 11:15 on Saturday I walked up to Find the lights off like the office was closed But I absolutely needed to get my Blood work done for a fight so I tried the door and it was open and I yelled hello and the lady was sitting right there where a front desk lady would sit, in the dark. They were super nice and fast but I think that's just poor character and laziness at its highest. I would not employ someone stealing an hour from my business. I'm sure other people came by and thought they were closed.

Never got the technicians name. She kept barking orders at me. Asked for ID 4 times while I was getting it out, then asked for paperwork before I even had my ID out of my wallet. The paperwork was digital. I finally snapped at her. Told her she will give me a second, and I'll give it to her when I get it out. She didn't like that and passed me off to another employee. This place is horrible.. The staff are extremely rude. I don't know what they're doing but half the time they can't even find your lab work orders. They just dismiss you like it's your fault when it's clearly their fault because we've gone to other locations and they've immediately found the orders and they're friendly and helpful, but it's just a bunch of rude people working there.

Unbelievably rude staff. Within three seconds, we were somehow arguing with each other. How does that even happen? Especially when I was just trying to be helpful and tell her something about my paperwork. She cut me off, stuck paperwork in my face and shooed me to a room like I was a dog or something. Rudeness = 10, intelligence = 0.
