This woman at the front desk, Lisa, was hostile, incompetent, and straight up misogynist. The rest of this LabCorp is just as messed up, with a completely broken system and staff who can't do the basics. 1. I had a 10:45 appointment and the kiosk pulled it up perfectly. Arrived for an appointment only to be told they couldn’t receive me due to their computers being down. They said they had been down for hours but had not given any warning.
The staff seemed very slow and appeared unsure of what they were doing\. It took an unusually long time just to complete the paperwork, find the correct billing codes, and process everything\. The entire visit felt disorganized, and I honestly got the impression that it was their first time handling this process\. Overall, the experience was frustrating and much longer than it should have been\.
