I’m impressed with the care I received at this LabCorp location. The technician was friendly and professional. Emily at the front desk was compassionate and upbeat. Wonderful staff made this experience easy on their customers!
Recommend scheduling an appointment vs walking-in. Be patient with the staff here, they deal with high volumes and language barriers all day. I made an appointment online for 9:30am, got there early, and was done in 20 minutes. The waiting room was packed and a few patients were struggling to check in at the kiosk. The woman at the desk came around and helped them out which sped the process up for everyone. She was *also* my phlebotomist and was quick, friendly, and good at her job. I highly recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting as a walk-in. I had an appointment and was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The blood draw was painless and easy. The staff were friendly.
This lab is full of walk-ins even early morning. Get your appointment. Even if it's in the afternoon, get here before your appointment time and they will accommodate you. Twhile this location is small, it's an integral business that serves this district. Don't fault the employees here. Once you arrive, sign in to the little notepad with your name and if you're a walk-in or have an appointment.
