I have very tricky veins and have only had a handful of phlebotomists who have been able to find the vein in my arm. Jackie A. got it on the first try. If you’re a hard stick and need a lot of vials, you should go out of your way to request Jackie (who is full time at Campbell). I will be coming back here from Mountain View for her. Thank you, Jackie for making this so painless and quick!
The worst customer service ever. Avoid this place very bad experience
The waiting room was overcrowded when I first arrived, and the front desk staff seemed either inexperienced or newer, lacking both knowledge and a welcoming attitude. Calls went unanswered, which added to the overall sense of disorganization. I regret not going to my regular hospital and won’t be returning here again. They probably get the job done, but the patient experience wasn’t the greatest.
They helped me out even though it was a walk in. Had no prior appointment (when most places now need appointments only). Was serviced with my required tests after quick check in at self kiosk
