This location has a wonderful and organized staff! They are super friendly and genuine. I had to spend 3-hrs there for a test and they were efficient, happy and helpful to every person that came in.
Went to this location for the first time today. Got there right after they opened, only two people ahead of me. Both walk ins (I was also a walk in). Check in process was easy on the kiosk. The rooms for the blood draws were clean. There were a lot of reviews saying workers were rude - I didn’t find any of them to be rude. Very rude staff
I had an appointment for a drug screening at this location and I wasn’t treated with much respect by any of the staff members there. I remained cordial and polite, but everyone there was extremely rude for seemingly no reason. I don’t typically leave google reviews and don’t remember the last time I left one, but my social experience was poor enough to warrant one.
The wait time is always 5 minutes even if I didn’t have an appointment! The technicians are lovely
