Terrible billing practices. They require a credit or debit card during registration and will not serve you if you do not provide. You must sign a document that they can charge your card if insurance doesn't pay or you owe co-payments. Then they charge your card with no notice and refuse to send you an invoice; on a call for 30+ minutes. Will NEVER use this group again.
RecommendedThis afternoon I visited the Labcorps, Atwood Road, Bel Air, Maryland location. I was astonished at the efficient and excellent service I received! I arrived around 3:20 pm and was back in my car by about 3:40 pm. The very friendly phlebotomist, Holly, registered me and then did the blood draw painlessly and efficiently, while explaining what she was doing. Great customer service +18O56O854O6 NO NONSENSE and GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!
Least helpful customer service I have ever experienced. No one was able to answer my question if a lab location near me supports glucose tolerance testing. I tried calling the lab multiple times without being able to connect with a support person. I was on hold with customer service for more than 45 minutes end still couldn’t get an answer.
The phlebotomists at the Parsippany Rt. 46 location are incredible. They found my one year old’s vein with ease and were finished with their drawing in less than 30 seconds. They were kind, supportive, and so gentle. Thank you for making my day, ladies! You are all astounding at what you do!
Her name is Heather Flowers and she is at. Walgreens in Windermere fl She is unprofessional, rude, and racist She did not wear gloves and told my husband to leave the room in a rude way with her hands and on top of that she asked me to lay down and got another customer in while was in the same room and did not PRACTICE COVID PROCEDURES on the top she told me since I did not liked it that I should leave the room and did not do the test We felt offended and auncomfortable and I felt that doing that she put me at risk. Have no choice but express checkin not working and having someone with an appointment wait outside in this weather is crazy! Third time trying to complete this blood draw.
Think twice before working for this company! They don’t care about their employees or patients! I worked for this company for 12 years and left due to poor management my ex-supervisor Jessica H leaves a balance on the spending card account sent to me, for me to pay off... what a joke..
Why bother to make appointments if you do not honor them?
