Had the absolute worst experience at labcorp in Davenport. Have already been waiting 4 hours and have not even been called to the front desk to check in. Was never told when we arrived there would be a long wait. I have a sick child who has not eaten and it’s 2:00 pm. Ask how much long the rude lady at the front won’t even tell you anything. I had an appointment at the Hopewell Rd facility in Downingtown, PA. Twenty minutes after my appointment time when my name was called, they told me they could not access my prescription because their system was down. No one told me upon arrival. No sign was posted. This was horrible customer service.
Do not order a home kit for COVID 19. Took a week to get my kit and then fed ex still has not delivered my kit to them and it has been 3 days. Don’t waste your time!

We live near Labcorp offices in The Villages FL. They are open until 3PM. The first time my husband went there, the staff acted "put out" that he showed up immediately after work at 2:30 and THEY WERE CLOSING AT 3!! The second time, different location, my husband got there at 2:40PM, and the woman behind the desk immediately looked at her watch, then at my husband, who said "well, you ARE open til 3PM, as the girl next to her tapped her papers on the desk and got up to start turning lights off. Your upper Marlboro, Md location staff from the time you walk in is rude and lack any kind of friendliness. You are not greeted and assumed to know their protocols for checking in. The lady at the desk disappears for long periods of times. It truly a place where I will not be going back too. It’s not sanitized, hand sanitizer is empty, chairs are not sanitized. Etc... first impressions are everything. It’s define you the lack of customer service for me.
